Finally a few programming notes.  Tim Shoobridge withdrew from the league yesterday afternoon so the draft will begin with a discussion of how to proceed with 11 teams.  

In addition the results of all the rules are back, proposals 2016.4 - Pay By the Draft or Don't Play and 2017.5 - Mandatory Realignment were both rejected.  And proposal 2017.1 - Increase Draft Time passed.  So there will be 45 extra seconds per pick this year instead of 30.  

All the rules proposals in summary:

2015.2 - League Champion Renames Toilet Bowl Loser - Passed, 7-2, 1 no vote

2016.4 - Pay by the Draft or Don't Play - Rejected, 4-5, 1 abstain

2017.1 - Increase Draft Time - Passed, 8-2

2017.2 - Unpaid Teams Can't Purchase Transactions - Passed, 7-0, 3 No Votes

2017.3 - Add Game Planning - Passed, 6-1, 1 abstain, 2 no votes

2017.4 - Decision on 10 or 12 Years - Withdrawn

2017.5 - Mandatory Realignment - Rejected, 4-5
