A few updates about proposals.  The cowards have won and the proposal to remove game planning has passed 8-2.  As a result all of the other game planning proposals have been withdrawn.  Also as announced earlier the proposals to modify the division winner payout and to update the draft algorithm have already passed.  There is one proposal still outstanding, the one to now auto-seed the wild card team fouth.  

To summarize:

2018.1 - Add Home Field Advantage - Withdrawn without being voted on

2018.2 - Adjust game planning for to 50% - Withdrawn as a result of 2018.4

2018.3 - Negative Game Plan score decreased - Withdrawn as a result of 2018.4

2018.4 - Remove Game Planning - Passed 8-2, 2 No Votes

2018.5 - Limit Game Planning for same player - Withdrawn as a result of 2018.4

2018.6 - Remove Game Planning Against - Withdrawn as a result of 2018.4

2018.7 - Game Plan only in Regular Season - Withdrawn as a result of 2018.4

2018.8 - Wild Card not automatically seeded 4th - Still outstanding

2018.9 - Update division winner and first round payoffs - Passed 8-1, 3 No Votes

2018.10 - Update auto draft algorithm - Passed 8-1, 3 No Votes
