Toilet Bowl and Playoff Matchups Set
The last remaining playoff spot that was on the line this week was the Gold Division title. Warren needed a win or for Brian to lose to claim that spot. Warren's Trump Molests Collies took on the Gallic Warriors. These teams have split the season series for the last five seasons and Warren won their earlier meeting in week 6. But this time the TMC broke the trend behind Josh Allen's (QB-BUF) 25 points, to win 52-34. The win clinched the division and gets Warren into the playoffs for the first time in three seasons. The team that could have challenged for that division title was the Fighting Squirrels. They fell short in their game against the Crusaders, 77-42, to end at 6-8. The Squirrels miss out of the playoffs for the 17th straight season.
The MeggaMen and Norsemen both went into the week trying to win the number 1 seed. The Norsemen played Richard's Lionhearts trying to end a three game losing streak. They won in a shutout 29-0. So the MeggaMen needed to win to claim the top seed. They played the Testudos Revenge. James Conner (RB-ARI) had a strong Monday night to make the game close. But the MeggaMen came out ahead 45-42. Tom claims the #1 seed.
There were a number of teams that could have ended up in the Toilet Bowl. With the Crusaders winning, they ensured that they would not be there. The Gallic Warriors loss eliminated the Squirrels from last and eliminated Richard in spite of his loss. So it came down to the other two games.
The Sacks on the Beach were facing a guaranteed Toilet berth with a loss, as they played the British Bulldogs. The Bulldogs continued their recent hold over the Sacks with a 18-8, winning for the fourth straight time. This sends the Sacks to the Toilet Bowl. In the final game the Amish Electricians met the Sean Taylor's Ashes. The STA got another strong showing from George Kittle (TE-SF) and Tom Brady (QB-TB) heading into the playoffs. They win 68-58.
The loss leaves the Amish and the Warriors tied at 5-8-1 for the second Toilet Bowl spot. Head-to-head they tied and they aren't in the same divison. So the tie-breaker falls to strength of victory. The Amish just edge this tiebreaker out .464 to .438, which amounts to a 2 game difference. Sending the Gallic Warriors to the Toilet Bowl.
Toilet Bowl: Sacks on Beach (5-9) vs Gallic Warriors (5-8-1)
The playoff teams end seeded as follows:
- MeggaMen (11-3)
- Norsemen (10-4)
- Trump Molest Collies (8-6) (win tiebreaker because of division title)
- Sean Taylors Ashes (8-6)
So the playoff matchups are:

Look for playoff previews later this week.
