During the offseason the provider that we use to get the real time stats was purchased by another company.  As a result the way that I harvest the stats is no longer available.  What this means is that I have had to rewrite the whole stats gathering module of our website to use a different method of getting the stats.

Unfortunately, I'm not quite done with that process.  As a result the scores for tonight's game won't be available immediately.  I am hoping to have them available by Saturday.

There is also a bit of uncertainty around how exactly the stats come across while a game is still in process.  So while I have absolutely confidence in getting the scores and stats once an NFL game is complete, I would like to see what happens while a game is going on.  And obviously I can't do that until tonight's game starts.  

So don't worry.  The stats will get loaded.  By Sunday's games you probably won't even notice that anything is different.  But the Thursday scores and stats might not appear for a few days.
